Kelsey Wiedenhoefer

Kelsey grew up in central California, in a family full of coaches and athletes. She started playing volleyball at a young age, which eventually lead her to collegiate play at the University of California, San Diego. The Tritons were nationally ranked throughout her four years at UCSD, making it to the Division II Final 4 in 2001. Unfortunately, halfway through her senior season, Kelsey blew out her knee during a game, effectively ending her volleyball career.

After moving to the desert in 2008, Kelsey was in search of something new to add to her workout regime, burnt out from lifting weights for so many years. Pilates was an exciting new addition to her regimen, and she soon became addicted. In 2009, she completed a traditional pilates certification through Body Arts and Science International (BASI) and is now extolling the benefits of pilates to all she meets.
