Using our unique system, you can book, cancel, and buy sessions without ever picking up the phone. We strongly recommend that you get familiar with all the features that this system has to offer.

Sign-Up For Classes

You can sign-up for and/or cancel classes. Look for the CONFIRM NOW button in the action column. If that class is full, please go on the waitlist and you will receive an email whenever space becomes available. Sessions left can be seen at any time at the top left of the screen. The sessions left keeps track of the sessions that are left to confirm in your account. Once a session is CONFIRMED, it is automatically deducted from the sessions left in your account. We can only confirm up to the amount of sessions left in your account. It is important to note that the sessions left has nothing to do with the sessions you have completed, the system does not differentiate between the sessions completed and not yet completed. For example, if you purchase 10 classes and you confirm 6 classes, the sessions left to confirm will be 4. Even if you have completed only 1 session so far. So it is possible to buy a package and have no sessions left, if you have already confirmed all of your sessions.

Cancel and Late Cancel.

If you cancel a CONFIRMED session, that session will be automatically returned to your account (so if you have 2 sessions left before you cancel, you will have 3 sessions left after you cancel) If you Late Cancel a CONFIRMED session, no session will be returned to your account. The system in forces our 24hrs cancellation policy. Please, be aware. Canceling a session that has a waiting or registered status does not affect your sessions left. Our system lets you CONFIRM classes based on availability. Please be careful when confirming sessions less than 24 hrs away, if you need to cancel a class that you just confirm yourself for, the system will not return that session to your account (24 hrs cancelation policy).



All classes must be prepaid and all clients must agree to our 24hr notice policy when canceling and/or rescheduling.
We need a minimum of a 24hr notice to avoid a late charge to your account. There will be no exceptions.
